describing what you feel personally

Describing what you feel have always been a hard thing to do, 
Did you ever notice why we teenager and young people seems to be tense every time?
is it because of the tensions?
and what is a tension? have you ever think how can i reduce my tension?
yes of-course you have thought about it but you haven't find the solution I wanna tell u something.
do you know why a child is happy every time, giggling and having that sweet innocent laugh that makes the whole world brighter?
because a child has no sense of stressing himself with the hardships and challenges bound with thinking about what happen in past and what is going to happen in future. when we are in tension it means that we are thinking about the things that we did and decisions that we took in past that led us to this moment and the fear of future, thinking about being someone..

let me tell you something, you can either let things go or you can stress your self to death, on the thought of what you did or what you are gonna do.. the world will remain the same, so be kid for a while, stress out yourself, laugh, breath, live in your present, appreciate what you have, and be thankful for it... because life is very precious.

and remember
nothing is impossible .. :)

An Individual Personal Fact

Everyone has their own kingdom and ofcourse that buddy is king of his/her kingdom. but there is some problem in their kingdom which he/she really want to solve. the fact i noticed which every individual might be faced some of these are:
1) when a person get promoted or got some extra publicity,his/her arrogance graph increase at every moment of his/her interaction. but the sad thing which makes sad everyone is ''that promoted person'' try to show everyone that i am fucking something. :/ which is really annoying..
2)The fact behind the abnormality of an individual,why a person became abnormal,when a person lost his/her valuable thing which really mean something to him/her and that individual think that without this bullshit i have nothing in my life to do.Bu literally he has too many thing which he can not see clearly while using these too many thing he can bring much more happiness in his life as he had before.
3)Most of the people can not sleep at night in there beds as they are really trying to get sleep but there are a lot of disturbance in there mind which compel them to think about that and that individual start to think that how to solve those bloody problem of his life.Actually these thoughts are the main barriers of his sleep.
                                      so let every thing to do its own work you don't have to think about your past and future. live in your present try to make happy yourself in the moment you are living. beside your present was your future sometime. try to think about it and try to make yourself happy. these are only you assumption nothing else.
